Learning something new

I have had this Suzuko Koseki book for awhile now and I knew the first piece I wanted to make was her cherry blossoms appliqué. I decided I might as well start today :)

It was easy, fun, and most importantly, didn’t hurt my arms :) I think it’s destiny will be for a tote for one of my birthday swap girls, but I’m not saying who *teehee*.

  2. These little blocks use so many sewing skills: patchwork, appliqué, embroidery. You did a beautiful job!

  3. Looks great, so nice that you have found a way to sew with out it hurting too.
